1. Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” means 360 India Tour. “You”, “Your”, “Guest” means the customer or user. “Services” include travel packages, guided tours, virtual/360° tours, photography experiences, or any other offerings we provide.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are accepted via our website, email, or authorized agents.
- A booking is confirmed only after the required advance is received; we will issue a confirmation.
- Full payment is due at least 15 days before the service start date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Accepted modes: bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or approved gateways. Additional gateway fees may apply.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Flexible Refund Window:
- 30+ days before start: 90% refund (10% administrative fee).
- 15–29 days before start: 50% refund .
- 7–14 days before start: 25% refund .
- < 7 days or no-show : No refund .
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, exclusive of bank charges, third‑party fees, or non‑refundable components (e.g., permits, special tickets, hotel blocks).
4. Changes & Rescheduling
- Change requests (dates, itinerary, participants) must be submitted in writing.
- Approval is subject to availability and may incur price differences or change fees.
- If we must modify an itinerary for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons, we will provide a comparable alternative where feasible.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities
- We plan and operate with due care; however, we are not liable for events beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemic rules, transportation delays).
- You are responsible for your travel documents, visas, permits, and compliance with local laws.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours or virtual experiences.
- Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Travel Insurance
For physical tours, we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and baggage loss.
7. Health & Safety
- Please disclose relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements before booking.
- Follow all safety instructions, especially for adventure activities; participation is at your own risk.
- We may refuse participation if a guest’s condition poses risk to themselves or others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms—including 360° images, videos, text, logos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to 360 India Tour and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written permission.
9. Use of Images & Recordings
We may capture photos/videos during tours for documentation and marketing. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, notify us before the tour begins, and we will do our best to accommodate.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India . All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra .
11. Privacy Summary
